Commercial-intermediation role
RGB Global Trade supports commercial introductions, initial information flow and transaction coordination between relevant parties. RGB does not take title to goods and is not the exporter or importer of record unless expressly established in a separate executed agreement.
Contracts for supply, purchase, logistics, inspection, insurance, financing or payment are entered into by the parties identified in the applicable transaction documents.

RGB is not a bank or financial institution and does not issue, authenticate, advise on or guarantee documentary credits, standby letters of credit, SWIFT messages, proof of funds or other financial instruments.
All banking procedures and instruments are subject to review and acceptance by the issuing, advising, confirming and beneficiary banks and by the relevant commercial parties.
No guarantee of performance
RGB does not guarantee payment, delivery, product quality, allocation, regulatory approval, contract execution or the performance of any independent counterparty.
Every opportunity remains subject to due diligence, commercial acceptance, documentary review, compliance checks, bank acceptance and final executed contracts.
